Field Trip Canceled for TODAY!
Tomorrow is our Choir performance at 9:20 am in the gym. Everyone is welcome!!! Everyone is welcome to wear red and green tomorrow. Tomorrow, Thursday December 20, 2017 Report Cards are going home. Today we took advantage of the SNOW. WE went snowshoeing around the playground! Also the students in room 4 are continuing with their coding. Some students shared their games that they created. Logan, Kittu, and Alex shared some games that they have been working on in class. They created a Math problems that the class had to solve. Logan created a game that had a motion sensor where the player has to slice the fruit in half using hand motion. Other students will share their learning tomorrow.

Field Trip to the Zoo:Green and GorgeousWe Learned about plants and botany. Through hands-on activities, we explored in the ENMAX Conservatory, where the students discovered what makes a plant a plant. We also looked at the many ways that humans and plants are intertwined. We engaged in the perfect experience for being botanists. We also learned about a lizard from South America called The Red Tegu. Please ask your child: What animal they remembered observing? What did they learn in the Conservatory?
